What are the standards for ownership settings of binaries when
creating a Debian package?
When trying to run "efax", I had to do a
chgrp dialout efax
chmod g+s efax
in order for it to work. Should "efax" have been installed this way?
This would be especially true if Debian came _without_ world access to the
serial ports. Of hand, I can't remember if it came that way or I changed
it to that.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they're not.
