Mirror ls-laR

It seems that the master "ls-laR" file on ftp.debian.org/debian is
updated daily at just before 9am.

Would it be possible to move this update earlier in the day?  Because
my mirror runs at 2am EST, this file list is always a day behind.  I
can run it later up until about 7am at the latest, but after that I
people start coming in to work and I don't want to bog down the net.

I could also generate it myself, but then I would not be consistant if
you changed the listing at all.
