This bug is already known. ( The debian bug list is at
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/iwj10/debian-bugs)
Workaround: Add --ignore-depends=xbaseR6 to the call of dpkg.

Another not-yet-resolved wellknown bug.
Workaround:
# cd /usr/sbin
# ln -s texconfhyphen choosehyphen
