If you want to install the sysvinit package, make sure you have installed
the new "mount" package first. Also, I have seen the ALPHA dpkg silently
fail to install the file /etc/init.d/halt in this sysvinit package - wait
until we get the ALPHA dpkg fixed, or until Ian Jackson points out what I
did wrong, or use the old dpkg to install it.

	* mount-2.4-4
		A precedence bug in my last fix to mount caused it to still
		try to touch /etc/mtab when the "-n" flag was given.
	* sysvinit-2.56-6
		When halting or rebooting, don't fail to unmount filesystems if
		the root is mounted read-only. Don't call scripts in
		/etc/rc.misc.
		TEMPORARILY make up for systems that have "start" and "kill"
		scripts for the same feature in the same directory, and scripts
		that don't use start-stop-daemon to _start_ their daemons.
		This feature will be removed when every package handles its init
		scripts correctly.
	* source/includes-1.2.12-0
		Upgrade to latest version of the "stable" kernel.
	* source/includes-1.3.13-0
		Upgrade to latest version of the "development" kernel.
