Do you mean 770? After all we're only advocating 0 for the group
_IF_ you have your own private group.

And anyway, 7 is overkill and merely an annoyance unless you're
say, running a public access system.  I'd advocate 775 for the
home directory, to nicely match the proposed 002 umask.
