2 problems in Debian Linux

Hello everyone,

        2 problem in Debian Linux :

        1) I set up my Debian Linux as a ftp server. And when there were 8 
people ftp'ping my Linux, either 'lost connection' appeared or files got 
deteriorated. I am not complaining, just providing this info.

        I don't know if this exists in other distributions of Linux.

        2) /usr/src/Linux/netinet/in_system.h contains only 1 line :

        #include<Linux/in_system.h>

        and this file doesn't exist. I want compile wu-ftpd on Linux. Now
it seems harder than I thought...
