If Emacs and TeX are not in /usr/opt, then it defeats the point of a
/usr/opt.  It should be a uniform file structure. I have noticed a
trend towards /usr/lib/emacs and /usr/lib/tex, which is what the
fsstnd says... I think this should be decided by fsstd.
