on sunsite and its mirrors in:
   .../apps/graphics/viewers/spic07.tgz

If you don't have it, also get the newest svgalib. This has very
useful libraries for mouse and keyboard handling, where spic relies on.
Available on sunsite too, in:
   .../libs/svgalib101.tgz

.. is of course the root of the Linux tree. It's /pub/Linux
on sunsite.
