sadece monodevelop için apt-pinning deneseniz, bilmiyorum ama
monodevelop'un bağımlı olduğu bu paketler belki testing yada unstable
depolarda vardır. apt-pinning için aşağıdaki belgeyi inceleyebilirsiniz.
