Yo lo tengo así:> En ningún lado dice que debés compilar e instalar.

Desconprimo el fichero, "tar zxvf libflashplayer*" entro en el directorio descomprimido copio
"cp libflashplayer.so ~/.mozilla/plugins/" y listo.
Las comillas no se ponen :-)
