ayuda con chronicle



Lista, tengo un webserver nginx 1.2 en mi debian y allí instale
chronicle siguiendo este link:
http://www.steve.org.uk/Software/chronicle/
y no se como editar; los artículos y como ver el blog en la web.
He visto estos en la web
[http://www.acm.uiuc.edu/~nhandle2/blog/tags/chronicle/]
[http://www.installion.co.uk/debian/wheezy/main/c/chronicle/es/install.html]
Datos:

en esta ruta >/etc/chroniclerc tengo esto:
