Carlos la próxima vez no te descargues todos los DVD's de Debian, con el 
primero tienes de sobra y podrás instalar GNOME, KDE, LXDE o XFCE.

Si tienes buena conexión a Internet puedes comentar con una almohadilla 
(#) todas las líneas que comiencen por "deb cdrom:..." pero tendrás que 
poner el repositorio principal que -como bien te ha comentado en otro 
correo Juan Lavieri- puede ser:

deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian/ wheezy contrib main non-free
           ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Cambiando "http.us.debian.org/debian/" por la réplica que pertenezca a 
tu país (que sería lo más razonable).

Aquí tienes un listado con todas las réplicas de Debian

Las líneas que comiencen por "deb-src..." también las puedes comentar ya 
que no creo que quieras el código fuente de ninguna aplicación.

Normalmente instalo Firefox, Thunderbird, LibreOffice, Java, Flash... a 
mano, no son muy difíciles de instalar/actualizar así que no uso los 
backports... personalmente las siguientes dos líneas también los quitaba.

Llegamos a la parte conflictiva, ¿De donde has sacado estos ppa's? ¿Ubuntu?

Y encima no están en tu sources.list...

Tendrás que eliminarlos, seguramente los tengas en la carpeta 
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/

Si quieres otros repositorios de confianza puedes poner los deb-multimedia

Un sources.list básico para España sería algo parecido a esto:

deb http://ftp.es.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org wheezy main non-free

Con esas 3 líneas son suficientes (y para mí la última sobra)

Recapitulando:
Elimina los ppa's esos "raros" que tienes
Crea un backup de tu sources.list actual (nunca elimines un archivo del 
sistema)
Crea un sources.list nuevo con las 3 líneas anteriores y ejecuta en un 
terminal como ROOT lo siguiente:

Actualiza con:
# apt-get update

Te dará un error porque no tienes la clave gpg de deb-multimedia, así 
que la instalas con:
# apt-get install deb-multimedia-keyring

Vuelve a actualizar con:
# apt-get update

Y se terminó, fín de la historia.
