bueno...he seguido las sugerencias dadas por Camaleón y en un primer momento
no habia señales de cambio.
haciendo un tail -f... no reportaba nada y buscando buscando enconte esta
linea haciendo un:
#dmesg | grep wlan
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlan0: link is not ready
en un segundo de meditacion ( o impotencia) desconecto la tarjeta y la vuelvo
a insertar en su ranura mientras ejecutaba un tail -f....
previamente habiendo habilitado el mode managed en /etc/network/interfaces
