Problema con samba/cifsd

Tengo un problema con samba/cifs, he estado buscando sobre el error por
la web y veo que tiene un bug [1]. Te recomiendan compilar los paquetes
a mano ( Del Cifs. Esto lo vi el otro dia, pero no doy con el enlace),
otra opcion es actualizar el kernel, pero mi version es superior a la
del problema.
Este es el escenario, Tengo 3 servidores con windows, a los que accedo
a traves del c$ hasta la ruta donde tiene los backups (21gb, 14gb y 8gb)
y copio todo esto en un Nas que tenemos. Antes tenia un cp el cual daba
errores por lo que cambie a rsync, para ver si lo solucionaba, pero sigo
igual.

Alguien le ha pasado algo parecido, sabe indicarme algunas pruebas a
realizar. He visto post antiguos como este [2] pero no me dan ninguna
luz, este otro tampoco me ayudo [3]

PD: Siento pegar tanto log. Si dificulta el entendimiento lo subo a otro
lugar.
PPD: Es un servidor de Backup (bacula) virtualizado con proxmox (openvz)
pero al momento de hacer la copia de ficheros no hay backups de bacula,
por lo que no creo que sea demasiado I/O en la tarjeta de red del host
padre.
Gracias de antemano, sobre todo porque no se si se me entendera bien.
