Yo juraría que si mgetty responde en el ttyS0 y el módem está en el
ttyS2 pues nova a funiconar, ¿no debería ser coherente esa
configuración...?

cierto ese detalle se me pasaba .. aun me da error parece que no
inicializa bien el módem acá pego el log ..
