Si pones el mensaje de error completo, mejor. Ahí parece que falta algo.

Y también "cat /var/log/syslog | grep named". Si el daemon falla tiene 
que registrar el error en algún lado.

Y el contenido de los archivos de configuración:

/etc/bind/named.conf
/etc/bind/named.conf.local
/etc/bind/named.conf.options
