Error installing propietary ATI drivers

Hi all,

I tried to install fglrx drivers on Debian Lenny for my ATI Radeon 9200
series following this guide

http://wiki.debian.org/ATIProprietary

but when I reached fifth step system showed me a error message

[ 4321.063477] [fglrx:drm_alloc] *ERROR* [driver] Allocating 0 bytes
[ 4321.063526] [fglrx:firegl_init_device_list] *ERROR* Out of memory
when allocating device heads
[ 4321.063578] [fglrx:firefl_init_module] *ERROR* firegl_init_devices
failed
FATAL: Error inserting fglrx (/lib/modules/2.6.26-1-686/misc/fglrx.ko):
Cannot allocate memory

and now I cant start desktop server.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
