Respuesta: los respositorios que tienes ahí están caídos, busca en las
webs de ubuntu una lista de respositorios
hay por montones, no se porque ubuntu complica tanto sus repos.
En debian te sales con tres respositorios cuanto mucho, principal,
seguridad y multimedia.
