Pues te está diciendo que no encuentra los archivos de cabecera (*.h)
necesarios para compilar aplicaciones que trabajen contra el sistema X-Windows.

¿De verdad deseas compilarlo tú mismo o es que no has encontrado un repositorio
desde el que descargar K9copy? Si esto último es tu caso échale un vistazo a
