Lo estas configurando mal te paso mi configuración
view "internal" {
match-clients { 172.16.48.0/25; };
recursion yes;
zone "." {
type hint;
file "/etc/bind/db.root";
};
zone "zonainterna.com" IN {
type master;
file "/etc/bind/zonainternald.db";
};
zone "48.16.172.in-addr.arpa" IN {
type master;
file "/etc/bind/zonainternalr.db";
};
};
Es decir las zonas de tu red interna deben estar dentro de la vista
