Velocidad modulos RAM, dmidecode "Current Speed: Unknown"

Hola,

Quiero sacar la velocidad de los módulos de la memoria RAM que tiene  
pinchados un servidor remoto al que no tengo acceso, es un Supermicro  
con placa base P4SCI [1] con una Sarge.

Hasta ahora lo estaba haciendo con la aplicación "dmidecode" que  
recoge esta información desde la BIOS vía DMI, pero en este caso no  
ha funcionado... un fragmento de la salida del comando:

Es decir, 2 módulos de 512MB cada uno en los bancos 2 y 4, pero en la  
información sobre la velocidad aparece "Current Speed: Unknown".. he  
probado tambien con la aplicacion "lshw", que da información similar,  
y tampoco aparece nada... ¿Alguna otra forma/aplicación de saber la  
velocidad de esos dos módulos?
