Guardar cambios en xvidtune

Hola buenas quisiera que me ayudaran en algo cuando tengo que
configurar la pantalla en xvidtune nose como guardar los cambios para
que la proxima ves que reinicie los quede la pantalla como es, en
sierta parte si se se que tienes que agregar la lineas de la salida que
te da el xvidtune. Ahora he visto varias paginas de internet que mas o
menos explican como guardar los cambios pero el unico problmea que
tengo es que NINGUNOS DE LOS ARCHIVOS XF86Config-4  se parecen al
mio son muy diferentes les voy a pegar esactamente mi XF86Config-4 para
que vean y me digan el que sepa en que parte de el archivo tengo que
pegar las lineas del xvidtune

bueno espero que me ayuden porque la verdad no tenog ni idea donde
colocarlo los ejemplos que estan en la web no so conciden los archivos
XF86Config-4
