Si te fijas el configure falla en que necesitas ese módulo de perl y
no lo tienes.
Busca en:
http://www.cpan.org/modules/01modules.index.html

y cuando encuentres el que quieres bajatelo y leete esto:
http://www.cpan.org/modules/INSTALL.html

Tampoco estoy seguro, pero es lo que yo haría...
