Sobre conexion DSL

Hola:

      Estoy tratando de configurar mi conexion DSL (prodigy infinitum de Telmex, en Mexico). En el entorno de KDE->internet->DSL,PPPOE cliqueo en este ultimo, me pregunta si solo esa tarjeta tengo -le digo que "yes" (es una portatil)- lee algo o trata de conectarse con el servidor pero no lo logra. Pregunta, ¿Como puedo hacerle?
