Hola a todos, a ver si me pueden ayudar.
Veran llevo una semana liado con la compilacion del kernel 2.6.6, me
hize un apt-get install kernel-source-xxx y todos los paketes extras q
necesito para compilar.
Configure el kernel y empezo a dar problemas, que he ido solucionando a
base de goglear, los problemas han sido relativos a errores en la
configuracion del kernel a modularizar cosas q tenian q ir incluidas,
etc.
El caso es q ya tengo mi sistemilla arrancado con red y todo, pero sin
X, y aki por mas que busco no encuentro na. El problema en cuestion es q
hace como un amago de cargar las X y despues vuelve a consola. El log de
las X canta asi:

y hechandole un vistazo al archivillo en cuestion descubro q son 0Kb
esdecir existe pero esta vacio. Me voy a otra distribucion q tengo en
una particion de pruebas (en concreto guadalinex) y veo q ese
libGLcore.a ocupa algo mas, por lo que decido copiarlo, pero aun asi no
va, ahora me dice esto:

con kernel 2.4.26, pero me carga perfecto las X.
Estoy pensando si puede ser algun apartado de la conf del kernel q habre
puesto mal, pero no se cual. ¿alguna idea?¿sugerencias?¿algun pakete que
me falte?
PD: uso la xfree86 con todos los paketes en regla y en la version 4.3.0
Mi targeta grafica es una Ati All in wonder AGP4x
Comentar tb que he probado a poner ese modulo comentado (#) en el
/etc/X11/XFree86conf-4, pero pasa olimpicamente de mi y sigue cargandolo
y dando el error.
Al final adjunto el /var/log/XFree86.0.log por si pudiera servir
