[APT-GET INSTALL] cuasi error al instalar



Buenas, cuando instalo un programa y mientras está desempaquetando me salen estos mensajes que son referentes a las loclaes y/o al idioma de mi sistema, he buscado información y a lo que he llegado es que hacer un dpkg-reconfigure locales
y tras haber seleccionado es_AR ISO8859-1
los programas efectivamente se instalan en español si tienen la posibilidad y mi sistema esta en español como corresponde, pero no termino de interpretar estos mensaje de mas abajo. Si alguien me da una pauta sobre qué criterios seguir para encontrar una solución estaré agradecido.
