I am writing to you today because I need a major favor from you. You see this is kind of like a long story, but I promise I will make it short. It all starts out like this, about 24 years ago there was this man by the name of either Jose Luis Saavedra or Luis Saavedra that lived in Los Angeles County, actually owned a Sewing business of some type. He had an employee by the name of Guadalupe (Lupe) as they call her, and well I’m guessing this led to one thing and another and well Lupe got pregnant and had a baby boy. It is my understanding that the father named either Jose Luis or just Luis Saavedra wanted to be part of the child’s life, but the mother instead went to Mexico and never again heard from this man or of his whereabouts. Well now 23 years later the son wants to find his father. His mother hasn’t been able to provide him with any information other than a name. We are looking for anyone with a similar story or that knows of anyone with this name. This man that we are looking for (my boyfriend’s dad) should be about average height, tanned skin, about 55 to 65 years old. We don’t have any pictures of him either, so I know that this is going to be hard for us, but please if anyone has any information please do not hesitate to contact me at Liaralt@aol.com. Also this man’s wife I believe goes by the name of Mande or Maile Saavedra. Please I beg of you to please write back to me whether you know of these people or just to give me advice on how to keep on looking for them.
