kernel 2.6.1 sonido, puerto serial, hfs+?

En el kernel 2.6.1, cuando arranca me marca:

Si, 2 veces seguidas para ttyS0 y 2 para ttyS1, alguna
idea?

en el kernel 2.4, con el modulo i810_audio el sonido
funciona perfectamente, ahora en 2.6 no existe ese
modulo, pero esta el modulo snd_intel8x0, pero no
obtengo ningun sonido, si intento usar aumix:
#aumix
aumix: error opening mixer
Es este modulo el correcto? Si no, cual seria?
El problema es otro?
Porque en 2.6 no esta soportado el sistema hfs+ y en
los 2.4 si?
