Mensajes en el arranque y placa de red



Tengo un athlon XP con una mother ASUS A7N266-VM, sucede que no me toma la 
placa de red onboard. En el arranque me aparecen estos mensajes sospechosos:
"...AMD_IDE: Bios didn't set cable bits corectly. Enabling workaround..."

"...spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7..."
