APT-GET

Buenas gte...
Estoy teniendo un problema con el KDEBASE, por el cual, no puedo
instalar ningun paquete...
El APT-GET update, lo levanta sin problemas, pero quiero instalar
cualquier paquete como ser el MC, el XFREE86 o cualquier otra cosa y me
muestra el siguiente problema de dependencias:

Dr4k0:/# apt-get install mc

Alguna sugerencia?
[soy muy newbie en linux en gral, por lo cual, les pido por favor, que
sean lo mas claros que puedan]
