Hace tiempo en bulma (http://www.bulmalug.net) creo recordar que
salió un artículo sobre un programa (apt-zip o algo así) al que le
decías qué querías bajarte y te bajaba los paquetes al sitio que tú
quisieras, para luego poder copiarlos en instalarlos en otra máquina
usando apt-get normal y corriente. Échale un ojo.
