Hello,
www.britbuys.com is an online British supermarket for people living in
Spain. we have been open for nearly three years now and sent parcels all
over the country to expats who miss those little bits of home comfort. Our
minimum order is only ?30 and transport costs are ?7 for any order anywhere
in Spain.
Well I hope everybody had a good Easter and you all received your orders
in time. We unfortunately had one order this year that did not arrive on
time. This is the first Christmas or Easter order that did not arrive in
nearly three years of business.
when you place an order with us please remember that somebody must be
available to accept the order so if you are at work then arrange for a
neighbour or apartment concierge to take delivery. Give us as much
information as possible when you place your order so we can make sure your
parcel gets to you as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order
within say 5 days please email me so I can chase up your parcel. I do not
track all parcels so if I do not hear anything I presume your parcel has
arrived. Also please remember that any items ordered from the frozen section
will be sent with our normal courier, NOT by frozen transport and so we can
not be held responsible for the condition that these items arrive in, no
matter how quick or fast the delivery is. If you are not sure then please
get in touch with me first.
