The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL

No se como cuadrar el access para que me deje trabajar los post, tengo :

    AllowOverride FileInfo AuthConfig Limit 
    Options MultiViews Indexes SymLinksIfOwnerMatch IncludesNoExec 
    <Limit GET POST OPTIONS PROPFIND> 
        Order Allow,Deny 
        Allow from all

        Order Deny,Allow 
        Deny from all    
    </Limit>

Pero no funciona, alguien me puede ayudar, tengo apache 1.3.26.
