si no recuerdo mal con ipchains es algo asi
ipchains -A input -j REDIRECT $PORT -p tcp -s $IPSURCE -d $IPDESTINO 80
mira el man por q lo he hecho de memoria y hace tiempo q no gasto de
esto.
