Yo tuve el mismo problema, lo solucione quitando las líneas referentes
al segundo ratón

> Identifier "Generic Mouse"
> Driver "mouse"
> Option "SendCoreEvents" "true"
> Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
> Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
> Option "Emulate3Buttons" "true"
> EndSection
y más abajo
