Problemas al instalar las X en Woody.

Recientemente he instalado las X en mi Woody los paquetes instalados
son los siguientes:
*xwindow-system-core *xbase-clients *xfonts-100dpi *xfonts-75dpi
*xfonts-base *xfonts-scalable *xfree86-common *xserver-common
*xserver-xfree86 *xutils
Tras configurar las X el fichero del log de las X me marca errores del
siguiente tipo:
(**) Generic Mouse: always reports core events
(**) Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
(EE) xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/input/mice
No such file or directory.
(EE) Generic Mouse: cannot open input device
(EE) PreInit failed for input device "Generic Mouse"

Entiendo que el problema esta dado por el raton o por su tipo pero me
extraña pues en la configuracion elegi lo siguiente y se que funcionaban
estas opciones porque anteriormente habia funcionado:
/dev/ttyS0 del tipo microsoft con emulacion para tres botones el fichero
de configuracion lo adjunto con el correo por si es necesario.
