no conozco el qmail, pero segun la documentacion que te indica
el error esta en el fetchmail, necesitas actualizarlo y verificar la opcion forcecr que este activada.

fetchmail: Upgrade! Recent versions of fetchmail reportedly do the right thing. Make sure the forcecr option is on.
