Alguien usa NetSaint?

Creo que tiene un fallo pq me sale un mensaje que dice:
**** NetSaint process may not be running!
Dice que el comando:
/usr/lib/netsaint/plugins/check_netsaint /var/log/netsaint/status.log 5'
/usr/sbin/netsaint'
No encontró ninguna instancia de NetSaint corriendo, pero yo lo ejecuto a
mano y encuentra 2. Qué pasa?
