En Windows 95 funciona perfectamente en la misma resolución (¡odio decir 
esto!).

Creo que he encontrado material para probar. Mira lo que dice el XFree86 FAQ.

Aunque mi PC no es un ValuePoint, probaré cuando tenga tiempo.

Por aquí sí que puede ir la cosa. Creo que mi placa base está en overclock 
(¡me la dieron así los ensambladores! el próximo me lo ensamblo yo solito). Ya 
lo cambiaré, porque no me apetece ahora abrir el PC, y si utilizo startx no 
tengo ningún problema (?).
