Sim, esse é o aviso padrão quando você está atualizando a
mesma versão do kernel, e como você tem que reinicializar o
computador para colocar o novo kernel em uso, a lista de módulos é
atualizada.
O aviso é uma forma de precaução caso você esteja fazendo
algo diferente da atualização tradicional via repositório de
segurança.
