Você vai precisar instalar as bibliotecas necessárias
para compilar o PostgreSQL, você pode buscar pelo nome:
$ aptitude search readline
É possível usar o auto-apt para tentar de ajudar a
achar as bibliotecas necessárias para a inslatação.
