Postfix e Perl

Estou seguindo um tutoria[1] sobre Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix,
Courier And MySQL (+ SMTP-AUTH, Quota, SpamAssassin, ClamAV). Pelo que eu pude
perceber pelo log do postfix o problema esta com o clamav. No log aparece a
seguinte mensagem de erro:

Alguém por acaso teria alguma idéia de como eu poderia resolver esse problema?
