Usando apt-get para instalar o php ele funciona como Módulo ?

Olá meus amigos estou tentando montar um servidor web, para treinar.
 
 O sistema php pode ser compilado como interpretado cgi ou um módulo web.
 
 Eu tentei compilar na mão. Para funcionar como módulo, mas está acontecendo o seguinte erro abaixo. Então eu gostaria de saber se por apt consigo faze-lo funcionar como Módulo ?
 
  :) Com apt-get não tem problemas com a instalação obrigado desde já.

 Ele fala que não conseguiu criar os executaveis.
