log insistente named[1843]: sysquery: no addrs found ..

Salve lista,
o name esta me deixando louco, gerando um syslog de 50m a cada 1/2 hora com essa msg:
named[1843]: sysquery: no addrs found for root NS (I.ROOT-SERVERS.NET)
andei dando uma olhada no google, e li que bastava atualizar o arquivo db.root com o mais novo no ftp.internic.net que ja solucionaria o problema, fiz isso e nada.
Estou preocupado pois esse log esta fazendo o meu proxy cair, pois enche o hd varias vezes por dia, antes do logrotate rodar os mesmos.
