Instalação do sdk Java

Olá,

eu instalei o JDK baixado do site da SUN e aparentemente
funciona tudo certo, já
que consigo compilar meus códigos em java e tudo mais.
Porém parece que isso não é reconhecido pelo apt-get, pois
frequentemente eu quero
instalar algo novo e recebo a seguinte mensagem

o pacote original que eu queria instalar na maioria das vezes
fica instalado
corretamente, mas não consigo me livrar dessa mensagem.

Estou usando o woody r1.
