ainda nao consigo compilar a RLIB 1.1.4

tentei mas olha o erro que retornou agora:

e realmente o arquivo 'libxml-2.0.pc' não foi instalado no disco:

será que o pacote da libxml esta faltando arquivos ? ou é problema na RLIB
mesmo?
