Urgente - Oracle 8.1.5

Tive uma queda de energia aqui e o no-break não segurou...

 

Agora o BD Oracle não esta mais funcionando... Acontece o seguinte erro:
 
SVRMGR> shutdown;
ORA-01109: database not open
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SVRMGR> startup;
ORACLE instance started.

ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 1 - see DBWR trace file

Alguém já passou por isto e pode me ajudar?
