Então, teoricamente precisaria do libqt3-mt-dev que esta instalado, ate existe
um libqt3-dev, mas ele retira o libqt3-mt-dev e diz que o libqt3-mt-dev é
melhor, pois é o futuro. Eu instalei praticamente tudo do qt3 e nada.
