mouse com "saltos"

O mouse fica dando "saltos" na tela, ou seja, eu arrasto o danado, e de repente, ele se move para uma posição completamente distante, dando um monte de cliques, de modo que pop-up menus são acionados do nada!



Alguém tem alguma idéia?
