estranho... você fez algo estranho aí, não?
tenta instalar um desses:
$ auto-apt check /usr/lib/libc-client.so
devel/libc-client2001-dev,non-us/libc-client-ssl2001-dev,non-us/libc-client-ssl2000-dev,devel/libc-client4.7-dev
